We setup a backup mail server so that you will never lose an e-mail message using our web hosting services. When there is a problem in primary mail server, e-mail messages will be delivered to the backup mail server and send back to primary mail server when it's back online.

This new feature is available only to all Budget Web Hosting & Reseller Plans free of charge.

If you wish to activate this feature to your hosting/reseller account, you need to do the following changes.

  1. Add ns3.vivawebhost.com and ns4.vivawebhost.com as additional nameservers for your domain(s) via your domain registrar.
  2. Add mx.vivawebhost.com with priority 10 as an additional MX server for your domain via cPanel -> MX entry.
If you acquire your domain with us, just open a support ticket and we will configure this service for you.
